Privacy Policy

We store what you put into Trusty: the people connected to each trust or estate, the documents you upload, and the accounting records you keep. Documents are held in private storage and every download is checked against the access you have granted.

We never sell personal information and Trusty staff do not open your files. Email is sent through Resend, payments are handled by Stripe, and statements you ask Trusty to read are processed by Anthropic’s Claude.
