Trusty provides software that trustees, executors, their assistants and their advisors use to keep trust and estate records. The account holder controls the information in each file and decides who may see it.
Trusty is a record-keeping tool. It is not a law firm, accounting firm or trustee, and nothing in it is legal, tax or investment advice. Reports and worksheets are prepared from what you enter and should be reviewed by your CPA or attorney before they are relied on or filed.
You agree to use Trusty lawfully, keep your sign-in private, and only access information you are permitted to see. Subscriptions are billed monthly per active file and can be canceled at any time.
This is a draft and will be replaced by final terms before launch.
